1st class cooking

Did you know that there are different class of fire you cook on? It depends on what you choose and accordingly the preparation you make will be 1st class, 2nd class, 3rd class etc.

We usualy don`t know these things, therefore we choose worse things instead of better things.
This research is based mainly on the perspective on food quality and general efficiency.

Let`s start our top 5 from the END:
#5 Microwave

  • This type of cooking heats the water particles in food, it is very efficient for heating certain foods, but not good for processes like baking or cooking techniques which require browning of food.
  • destroys quality of product (vitamins etc), bad quality of food

#4 Electric

  • better than microwave, good for cooking food, but comparing to gas, the food is more likely to become dried out and lose taste
  • satisfactory quality of food

     #3 Gas
  •   greater control over the cooking temperature than an electric oven, that`s why professional chefs prefer to use gas appliances
  •   there is no waiting for the oven to warm up like an electric appliance (faster cooking)
  • good quality food

#2 open fire using wood
  •  natural, organic
  •  healthy
  •  the highest heating value (more efficient)
  • special smoky taste
  • excellent quality food

#1 open fire using dried cow dung
  •  significantly less CO emitted (amount of carbon monoxide) *
  •  less ashes after cooking process
  • less harm to nature
  • economically justified
  • natural, organic
  •  healthy
  • special smoky taste
  • cows dung is considered to be an antiseptic
  • best quality food

Yes, I know, nowadays an open fire is not available in our small city apartments, but at least now you know the difference between these :)
And everybody likes the open fire, I mean every nation has a grill or barbecue parties, it is something really special, all the family and friends come together and enjoy the get together!
